Customers can select either a manual or automatic renewal process for their subscription

After payment is made the customer will receive a confirmation of payment and receipt

Subscribers can manage their own subscription plan, including suspend or cancel a subscription, change the shipping address or payment method for future renewals and upgrade or downgrade their subscription.

Built-in renewal notifications and automatic emails let you know when subscription payments are due and have been processed, so there are never any surprises.

We do not offer refunds, please consider this at the time of your purchase.

Funds are to develop and maintain a community resource. Refund requests will be considered on an individual basis.

CCMTB will abide by Australian Consumer Law in the instance of major faults/defects.
